Sourced from smallholder farmers, this naturally processed lot captures the essence of Ethiopia’s southern coffee legacy—bright, sweet, and fruit-forward.

Acacia reflects the craft and care of entire communities. In the hills of Guji, farmers handpick only the ripest cherries, returning every week to harvest at peak maturity. The cherries are then sun-dried on raised beds, turned frequently to ensure even drying and to develop their vibrant flavor.
