Papua New Guinea Peaberry

This washed peaberry coffee comes from Korgua Estate, a farm located in the western highlands of Papua New Guinea. This is a delicate spring sipper, offering your pallet sweet tasting notes of peach, orange, hazelnut, and cocoa. Enjoy it by the pool, or stay awhile and sip it by the fire place... either way you will be satisfied. Korgua Estate sits at about 1400 meters above sea level and is planted mostly in older Bourbon and Typica cultivars. It's a wet processed coffee, meaning the coffee cherry and much of the fruit are stripped from the seed using depulping machinery.
